[starttext]I recently completed the P90X program during the months of July-October
2010 ( not 07/02/10-08/06/10 on the video... it was late :P). P90X is
great and it will work for you if you have the dedication and attitude
to do it. It isn't easy but it is well worth giving it a shot :). I
created this video in hopes to inspire and motivate others to make a
great change for themselves. P90X has given me more confidence, energy,
and more importantly has allowed me to lead a healthier lifestyle.
